Overview
Greenchey Auto Sales refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return of auto parts or accessories, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original, undamaged packaging. The part must not have been installed, fitted, altered, or used, as we cannot accept used auto spares for a regular return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of fitting or wear.
- Consumable or lubricant items once opened (e.g., engine oil, coolants, gasket sealants).
- Parts that have been manufactured to order or specially modified.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products (e.g., diagnostic tools/software).
- Some health and personal care items.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly — returns must be processed via our returns department.
Partial Refunds
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, missing parts or packaging (for reasons not due to our error).
- Any item that has been fitted or installed and is no longer in a new state.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within several days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@greenchey.co.ke.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange for the same part, send us an email at sales@greenchey.co.ke and return your item to the address below.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
